A plain-language overview of contact information and private CRM email access.

Information you share

When you use the contact form, you provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, project interest, and a message. You may also provide a current website and select a website package.

How it is used

That information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand the project you described, and communicate with you about potential work.

Services that process it

The site is hosted by Netlify, which runs the contact form and its security controls. Contact submissions are sent to a Google Sheet and through Resend as an email notification. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse.

Technical information

The form also processes the source page, campaign parameters when present, browser user agent, network address, and timing or verification tokens used for security and rate limiting. A cryptographic fingerprint of a submission is used to identify accidental duplicates.

Private CRM and Google data

Koded CRM at crm.keithpotter.net is Keith Potter’s private business workspace. When Keith connects Gmail through Google OAuth, the CRM requests permission to send email and read mailbox messages. This access supports sending business correspondence, displaying conversations with leads, and checking for replies. The CRM requests no permission to delete or modify mailbox messages.

What the CRM stores

The CRM saves the connected email address, encrypted connection credentials, and lead-matching email addresses, subjects, message text, thread identifiers, and timestamps. Attachments are not downloaded. CRM records are hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare and are available through the private workspace. Google processes authentication and email delivery. Gmail data is not sold, used for advertising, or used by the CRM to train AI models. Koded CRM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deletion

Keith can use Disconnect Gmail in the CRM or remove the app in Google Account settings to revoke future mailbox access. Disconnecting preserves previously saved CRM conversations and business records; it does not delete Gmail messages. Saved CRM data is retained until it is removed by the workspace owner. For a question or deletion request concerning information stored in the CRM, contact keith@keithpotter.net.
